Who you’ll meet

We’re sending two team members to Orlando this year!

First, our Chief Product Officer Tarah Lipperd. You might remember her from March’s Employee Spotlight. She has 20+ years of compensation experience and led the development for our new Compensation Management product. She’s tested our formula and cycle builders more times than we can count. 

Then, you can meet our new Vice President of Global Sales, Kim Klafczynski! She recently joined RedCAT Systems and is excited to take our story on the road. Read more about her background from our leadership page. 

What you’ll experience

Starting Monday, May 18 the Connection Zone opens at 8 a.m. ET. This is where you’ll find the court and us throughout the conference. We’ll have all the information you need to plan your next compensation cycle. 

Plus, you’ll be one of the first to experience our configurable product in person as we recently announced the launch on April 8. This is the perfect opportunity to discuss how we can best support your team and organization. You can also schedule a personalized demo using the information you provide to our leaders. 

After chatting with us, catch a game of pickleball and relax knowing we’ve got your compensation strategy handled.
