Customer Success Consultant
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will partner with our customers on innovative HR software solutions. Our customers represent some of the world’s most sophisticated companies who value our creativity, subject matter expertise, and ability to quickly enable their businesses to succeed. The Customer Success partnership is designed to deliver software solutions that meet customer HR business needs, primarily focused on compensation, performance management, and calibration. You will collaborate with our Custom Solutions Engineering team to ensure a comprehensive understanding and implementation of customer priorities.
This is a fully remote, salaried, exempt position.
Preference will be given to candidates with ability to work according to Central or Pacific time zones.
What you’ll do
- Manage the customer relationship and commit to their compensation and performance cycle timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide consultation to customers through frequent communication, project specification documentation, and product and cycle implementation.
- Communicate and prioritize customer requirements to the Product and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Engineering to test instances and validate system functionality according to the customer acceptance criteria.
- Develop and present innovative solutions using our products to support customer projects.
- Collaborate and communicate with direct team members to ensure growth and transparency.
- Create, maintain, and drive project plans.
- Demonstrate professionalism to all customers and team members.
Who you’ll work with
You will be part of the Customer Success organization and report to the Vice President of Customer Success & Growth. You will also work closely with the Custom Solutions Engineering team.
Who you are
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and performance management.
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Asana, or other project management software.
- Experience with HR or compensation systems, such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or SuccessFactors.
- Excellent people skills and sophistication to navigate critical conversations both internally and externally.
- Self-starter; ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Experience with software implementation and configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.

Pay Transparency
RedCAT is committed to a fair, equitable, and transparent total rewards package including salary, bonus, robust benefits, and generous time off. The base salary range for this role is $100K to $115K. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
